Sudita Pal is a young female entrepreneur, a talented Bengali patissier, and a passionate chocolatier known for bringing creativity and elegance to the world of cakes and chocolates. With her unique flavour combinations, artistic presentation, and luxury chocolate creations, she has gradually built a distinctive identity in the modern baking industry.

Born and raised in a middle-class family in Kolkata, Sudita completed her BBA and MBA from a reputed college in the city. She began her professional journey working in a private commercial bank and later in an apparel company. However, her true passion always remained in the art of chocolate and cake making.

Her journey into baking started at a very young age. At just 18 years old, Sudita began her home baking venture and started teaching chocolate making and cake baking to young girls around Kolkata through her Facebook platform in 2018. What began as a small initiative soon grew into a meaningful mission — sharing knowledge and inspiring others to explore the creative world of baking.
Sudita specializes in crafting a wide variety of customized chocolates, including premium Swiss chocolates. She is also known for creating unique chocolate mithai collections such as Rajbhog, Rasmalai, Rabri Malai, Mawa, Pan Mukwas, and Black Forest inspired chocolates. Alongside chocolates, she also bakes customized cakes like Fruit Cake, Dry Cake, Marble Cake, Butter Cake and many more, blending traditional flavours with modern presentation.

In 2025, Sudita founded Honey Hive Patisserie, an MSME Certified and ISO 9001:2015 Certified academy and home-based patisserie initiative. Through this platform, she aims to encourage aspiring bakers—especially young women—to see the baking industry from a fresh and creative perspective.

Honey Hive Patisserie welcomes learners from diverse age groups, from curious teenagers to enthusiastic senior citizens who wish to explore baking even with little prior knowledge. The academy regularly conducts live webinars, both free and paid, where Sudita personally teaches baking and chocolate making techniques while interacting with students and clearing their doubts.

In addition to live sessions, the platform also offers self-learning programs through structured courses available in live and recorded formats, allowing learners to study at their own pace.

Within a short span of time, Honey Hive Patisserie has achieved a significant milestone by training more than 150 students in just four months. With a vision to spread advanced knowledge of innovative designs and creative flavours—especially in chocolates—the academy is expanding rapidly and aims to train over 5000 aspiring bakers in the next five years.

Through her journey, Sudita Pal continues to inspire many by proving that passion, creativity, and determination can transform a simple dream into a meaningful entrepreneurial path.
